Repairs start from $60 and most common jobs fall between $60 and $260 depending on the fault and parts. A $30 on-site inspection lets us diagnose the exact problem and give you a fixed quote — and the $30 is waived when you proceed with the repair.

Absolutely — not spinning or not draining are two of the most common faults we handle. They’re usually caused by a blocked pump, worn belt, faulty motor or a door-lock fault, all of which our technicians carry parts for and can often fix on the first visit.

Every repair is backed by our 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same fault recurs within 90 days, we return and put it right at no extra labour cost. And if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay for the repair — no fix, no fee.
